Independent Facilitating

Independent facilitating is the last service in the SDP process. This is ongoing to help our clients make informed decisions about their services and budget, locating and coordinating resources, services, and supports as outlined in the IPP, continuing to develop goals to meet immediate and long-term needs, and advocating for our clients throughout the process.
